[BC] Comparing the audio in the Big 50's

The story I heard was that the 317 showed up pretty quick because he wasn't happy. Now I don't know if Imus had THAT much sway, but I do know that as his hearing got worse so did his tolerance of audio.   

We were using one of the Audio+Design limiters that may or may not have come from the WNBC airchain (one of my favorites all time) for the headphone chain in 1996 when I got there.  He was complaining it wasn't "dense" enough so we ended up buying an Inovonics 250 and cramming that into the headphones.  It sounded terrible but he liked it.
