They are not correct and are cancelled or whatever you want to call it - it
was indeed a programming error - not easily fixed. There are a number of
variables that were not calculated correctly - It's a bit of a can of worms
- in almost all calculations that I have done on existing facilities, it has
resulted in lower permitted operating powers (not happy news) there are of
course exceptions.  But generally I'd say let sleeping dogs lie. The
commission tried to clean it up and automate the process - not possible with
the current focus of the staff diverted to more demanding priorities IMHO.

because of computer errors or are they still in effect?
