[BC] Anti-virus/registry fix recommendations...

We've seen the opposite.  MSE boggs the system down.  This is a timely
thread as we're looking to dump AVG.  Our BM got a virus and AVG didn't
know how to handle it other than to quaratine after it had installed the
malware.  What a joke and is not the first time that's happened on
machines NOT logged in as administrators.
