I did it with SS32 at WCRB. Their system didn't have an audio switcher or 
GPIO device, so I got a cheap DTMF decoder and triggered it by appending 
the digits 9272 (= "WCRB") to the end of :The following is a test of the 
emergency alert system". It worked perfectly.

If I had had something like a Broadcast Tools ACS8.2 to work with, as I do 
at one of my current stations, it would have been easier.
