[BC] GPS recommendations

It seems as GPS's dumbed down to be used by everyone, they removed the 
real GPS functions that we need when doing field work.

I still use a Garmin GPS-V, and find that most new ones are about 
useless. I would think that you might be able to find a one that is 
usable if you look at the hand held hiker type units, but that's only a 
guess.
