[BC] Sage and the RMT

The only issue I've had with the blue Sage boxes is that they randomly go stupid and don't send emails when a test is sent/received.  All other functions continue to work.  Rebooting the unit seems to break the logjam...I'll get a rash of emails when it comes back up for events that happened days ago.
