One more thing I forgot to mention:  The timeshared 
stations don't actually own any of the equipment, including the EAS.  
They formed a corporation, jointly owned by them and administered 
by a local pro-bono attorney.  That corporation actually owns all of 
the equipment.  Each licnesee is then granted rights to use the 
equipment during their licensed broadcast periods.  The central 
corporation also pays the rent and other bills, too from moneys 
put into the pot be the three licensees.
