[BC] Usefulness of EAS

This is yet not possible, but I would love it.

I would assume it would allow programming like Weather Radio.

I would never allow Amber Alerts to wake me, but a chemical cloud or  
tornado warning would be a positive.

However, no TVs have EAS alerts of any kind.  It is such a farce.
