You better believe that. I listen and hear cheaters all over the place. And when I say cheater I mean night after night after night. I remember when a certain NC 1290 decided they could run their significant day power at night, I didn't call the FCC, I called the Clear Channel 1290 in Savannah, GA and talked to their engineer. He said he had been getting a lot of complaints of interference by a "sports station". I told him who it was and even gave him contact numbers. I can imagine the chat, but the problem went away immediately.
