Mine as well, until a few had been resolved, and the final outcome was known.

While I can not, and will not, disagree with you, the abuses *have*
reduced the effectiveness of the system dramatically.
Of the last dozen or so I've heard, methinks one wasn't an ex-spouse,
and that child was found playing in the family garage, or some such.
Like most things, for me, I don't think there's really anything wrong
with the system.
Just with too many of the people involved with the system.
