[BC] Usefulness of EAS

UM, Kevin, the 1000 cycle tone is for the old obsolete radios.  Mine 
would not work with just the tone.  I have mine set for what counties I 
need and don't have a problem. I am so close to Greenwood and Laurens 
county lines that I have to add buffer counties in as if I didn't, I 
would not get a warning until I became Dorothy with 2 Totos.
