The worse thing is it would be upheld as Constitutional by the courts who have long ignored the difference between "NO" and "ESTABLISHMENT." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Establishment_Clause

The Supreme Court has already held that there are no "expectations of privacy" when using the Internet or a cell phone. To those Cretins in their black robes, the Internet is like a telephone booth where anyone may freely listen and observe. To them, "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, only relates to physical stuff, not anything on a computer screen or in a database.
