[BC] Harris HT3.5 tuning issue

Just replace those universals with a good porcelain type (if they are 
essentially straight in line)  and shorten the shaft as needed.  There 
are also small universals with a porcelain block in the center that 
would work with fairly good angles--up to 45 degrees, I suspect. ( RCA 
used them in their last BTF-3E model, but I don't know who made 
them--maybe National).........
I've made perfect replacements for the copper clamp that grasps the back 
of the vacuum variable loading capacitor......
Many verniers will slip if they are trying to turn something that is too 
hard to turn.....
