[BC] Harris HT3.5 tuning issue

During my screen blocker replacement, I found the same problem.

On mine, its the plastic u-joint futherest from the front panel.

The setscrews are tight, but the body of the plastic u-joint slips on  
the metal that holds the set screws to the shaft.
