Use the 'cmd' processsor acd execute:
attrib -H -R -S /S /D
...from your $USERPROFILE directory. $USERPROFILE is logical name shown in the environment strings, for the "home folder" created when your account was created.
Using the file-maneger, you can now click on "Cookies" and access its files.
If you (or some system integrator) has enabled the "administrator" account, you have to execute the 'cmd' processor as administrator.
