What is Sage's liability if we are fined for not complying because of late 
software/firmware release?
I have one that is working fine on everything but CAP/IPAWS and I can't even 
get what server and password I'm supposed to poll. Common answer to all 
inquiries are "contact someone else "   If the organizers and manufacturers 
cannot get it together by deadline,  I guess the broadcasters will be 
"holding the bag" as usual.
