[BC] Switching Cell Phone Carriers

They had two email addresses, my personal gmail address and my houndcountry.com work address. GMail's spam filtering may be a bit aggressive, but the work email isn't. Suffice to say, it never ended up in either's spam box.
I called this certain cell phone carrier again today and about 1030 this morning, they tell me "Your order was cancelled at 630pm last night because we couldn't verify you were at the service address you gave us"
So I told the customer service rep... "Really? In the 5 days I wasted waiting for an email, all the customer reps I spoke to (probably 8 different people) all said my order was fine. The rep I placed my order with couldn't have forseen this as an issue and no one in 5 days was able to tell me this might be a problem?"
All I got out of the rep was basically a "I'm sorry for your inconvienience and I know how you probably feel right now"
Even though there's a local store 15 minutes to my east, it's only a reseller. I have to visit a corporate store, 1 hour to my Northwest on Saturday to redo/restart the entire process! I won't even be able to keep the original number I was given Friday and I'll have to do the credit check all over again!!
