[BC] FEMA/ EAS CAP Update Broadcast

Last September, it appeared there would not be an extension and at the 
proverbial 11th hour, there was.  But there was logic behind that decision.

Is there any such logic hovering over the June 30 deadline?  Are the 
chances, as far as gut feelings, next to zero that there will be an 
extension?

Some of us will get our converters when, and only when there are no more 
extensions.
