The question is which ubiquity radio are you planning to use?

Most of them are fed via Ethernet via cat-5. Isolating that might be a 
bit more interesting.  Likely the easiest way would be to only send 
power up the tower to the POE adapters, and put 2 radio's back to back 
one looking at the ground and one towards the program source.

If the data rate is low enough you might only need one radio on the 
tower and simply allow it to communicate with both the ground and the 
distant site. I haven't tried this yet, but it theoretically should work 
without a problem.

I do know for a fact that the NB-5's do not like high level FM RF 
fields. It causes problems with Ethernet speed.
