[BC] Naming a Music Show vs Clear Channel

This is not the first time that I've heard of CC doing stuff like this. 
I know of one case where CC contacted and made all sorts of threats to a 
LMR communications company that used the name "Clear Channel".

The threats and nasty lawyer grams immediately ceased when the fact was 
brought up that he was using the name with full permission of EF Johnson 
who had the name trademarked prior to CC, and if they wanted to pursue 
the claim he would be more than happy to.
