Charlie's observation is spot on. Look at the tower. It's Rohn 25.  The
tower was considerably overloaded with that number of dishes at the top,
an equal number lines running up the whole length, and the skirt.  Who
ever stamped this tower's design in 2000 (+/-) should have their
qualifications for their PE seal closely reviewed.
