[BC] Isocoupler for UBNT radios?

Is it possible to run AC or DC power up the tower using a lighting choke for
isolation and fiber optic across the tower base? What about a shielded CAT-5
coil? I spoke with Bobby Cox at Kintronic about such a scheme at the NAB.
