I have never been a fan of sticking a camera or mike in someone's face in an 
"ambush" manner
which appears to have occurred in this instance.  However, the Fire 
Department official has no
right to react in such a way.  The story of the new multi-million dollar 
headquarters building when
fire stations are in such disrepair is exactly what the media should be 
doing....just with a little more
courtesy and respect.
