Hi Randy, when we had to do this the riggers used a protractor and angle ruler, then we had a surveyor come in to verify the angle for the FCC.

They make digital angle rulers now that should make it even easier.

My riggers are not going to know how much swing constitutes 15 degrees.

Makes me wonder of someone makes a sticker band for 2 1/2" OD pipe that has degrees marked on it.  They could follow that I think.
