[BC] Negative Current Sample

Moseley made a device called a MBB-1. It actually stood for "Magic
Black Box" It was a gold anodized box with two big insulators on one
end and a terminal strip on the other end. The sample had to be
shunted to approximately 5 Volts for it to work correctly. The 5
Volt sample ran a voltage controlled oscillator emitter at one end of
a small box inside the bigger box, and a matching receptor at the
other end. It did work, but it wasn't the most linear converter.
