The only thing on the FCC site that I'm aware of is the following URL:

http://transition.fcc.gov/ftp/Bureaus/MB/Databases/PSRA_PSSA_authorizations/

It lists *some* of the existing PSRA/PSSA authorizations - its no where near a complete list.  Of course the way they are identified you have to open and look at each one to find out what station it refers to. I've gone through and identified each one and changed the file names on my computer to include the city of license. I can send you that list off-line if you're interested.
