The FCC themselves does not have this information. Those stations with PSA and/or PSSA were mailed the information a long time ago, this is the ONLY place it exists. If you recall, the Commission tried unsuccessfully to redo this when Congress changed the Daylight/Standard times. The results were disasterous and the notices recalled.
