[BC] Public File/License Required

At most station's I have spent any amount of time the past 20 years, the
original license (blue ink signature) is kept in the station vault. Copies
of that are circulated to be posted. Additionally, since the CDBS now
allows direct printing of the license document, I now understand that even
the FCC signed copy isn't required to be posted. Just the document and any
renewals sans signatures.
