[BC] Ijnternet access on new SAGE EAS

OK, how does one tell/set up internet access on the new Sage
EAS box?

It's on the local network, but it is clearly not accessing
the time server pre-programmed in it.  Tried changing to the
naval observatory time server (which we use for the
automation system, but it is obviously not checking with
that, either.

So how do you know if it is accessing the internet?
