Just to clarify -- a *copy* of the current FCC authorization to
construct or operate the station (in most cases, this is the license),
as well as any other documents necessary to reflect any modifications
thereto or any conditions that the FCC has placed on the
authorization, are still required to be placed in the public file per
73.3526(e)(1).
I post the *original* license at the control point, along with the CO
designation (which I agree should not be included in the PF). But as
I read the rule, a copy of the station authorization must be made
available to the public.
