Absent a DS-1, we found the same problems plagued our Barix and Pyko boxes (Barix with a different skin).  So I'm looking at something more robust such as a Tieline.

Otherwise...T-1...Intraplex or other similar equipment.

Depending on the provider, InterLata/inter-state LD T-1's are cheaper than the local circuits.  And depending on the DSL circuits, potentially not a lot more in terms of cost when put under contract.  Plus since both sites are serviced by AT&T you have a pretty good chance at getting a reasonable service and response with it being a single carrier.

While I'm all for not spending more than I need to for something (the utter definition of frugality), there are times where you simply need to bite the bullet if you want a higher performing circuit.
