[BC] UPS hell

Harris had to replace the UPSs they shipped with the HD transmitters early on because they were going to OFF for no reason at all. The APC 450 UPSs were new, the batteries were good, but they would still switch to OFF if they felt like it. We had two HD transmitters with these UPSs, one of them would fail, the other never did. Harris replaced them with APC 1500s.

UPS = Unreliable Power Supply

 Sounds like a *really* poor design to me.
