[BC] A little off topic

I have one hostgator account in all of the sites I have.  The email on that domain is a nightmare. 
Anyone else have hostgator email problems.?  I setup 7 addresses and out of those 7, 3 work and 4
will not no matter what I do.  Their support is very hard to contact, so I was hoping someone else
who has fought that battle might be able to offer assistance rather than having to sit in a que
where I start out as #42!!  It seems that addresses that have names like email at xxx.com, or
info at xxx.com will not work, but other with real names will???  Anyone offer a suggestion other than
moving the domain??
