[BC] UPS hell

anything like this. Have any of y'all?"

You might want to check the batteries, I just went through that with a
Tripplite Smart UPS. If the batteries are not at a certain voltage the
units will shut down even if there is line voltage present. Had to call
tech service to find that out, not in the user's manual.
