Wow....that's going to be a challenging project.  Especially if the 
licensee wants an omni pattern.

Both structural and electrical modeling is going be absolutely necessary 
not only from a pattern perspectiive, but also from a RFR perspective. A 
polynomial might actually be a good bet since the main lobe will 
essentially follow the contour of the building, but not light up 
everyone at the top of the adjoining building.

That said, a four sided single bay CBR might also be your best bet too 
with some additional shielding at the bottom to cut down the RFR 
immediately below the bays.

You will have your hands full OM.
