[BC] Clock display color

Couple things...rotary clocks can be notoriously hard to read when it
crunch time. Especially someone with less than 20/20 vision. Sure, it
eliminates some mental gymnastics with the seconds arms and counting
down. But at the same time, they take up a lot of wall space, are
pricey in relative comparison, and for the most part require separate
power. I would love to have a facility replete with Leitch combo
clocks. But at $1200+ per display, they're really hard to justify. And
for the most part, they only operate on SMPTE or ESE time code. I'm not
going to buy a $1K time code generator when I have a NTP server already
in house.

Aside from the pure mental therapy it would instill, what purpose does
slapping the PD while I'm on my way down the hall have anything to do
with clocks?
