[BC] FCC to close Dormant proceedings

Here's a Radio World article on it:

They link to a PDF which has extensive listings, including a
number of FM channel allotment petitions, but the links
don't work.  Looks like one would need to track each one
down separately by file number.

They also link to the FCC's notice, which contains a link to
an XLS file, but that file doesn't seem to have everything
in the PDF.

Don't see the original release in the Daily Digest.
