[BC] Obit: Bill Hoyt, FM transmitter designer at Gates Radio

I am saddened to learn this. Bill visited our transmitter site in 1978 in
Hamden, CT to assist in the installation of a new FM-10K which we ran in
parallel with an FM-10H. I found Bill to be knowledgeable, professional yet
witty and a unique personality. Anyone who could successfully get these two
boxes to work well together is a pro in my book! I will miss him. Bill did
tell some great stories! A personal loss for his family and a tragic loss to
the broadcast industry.
