Each station's Station Log will be slightly different based on their own circumstances. I'm not familiar with with rules on translators to offer any suggestions there. But at minimum for any class license, EAS activity, Tower Light inspections, communications with the FAA on lighting malfunctions, any license specific required entries, and the weekly inspection are the most common elements of the Station Log.
Those items can generally fit on one sheet of paper a week. Also in terms of formatics, include the call sign, CoL, dates the log document covers, DST/Non-Advanced icon, and the title.
Anything beyond that, I would do as Roy Stype suggests and obtain input from counsel.
Things to go into the Maintenance Log would include, but are by no means limited to:
Periodic inspection of power, frequency, and modulation;
Calibration and a schedule of calibration of the measuring instruments for modulation, frequency, power;
Antenna monitor measurements (for AM DA's) and calibration information;
Monitor or reference point measurements;
Calibration or repair work performed on any of those devices or the transmitter(s) which involve the transmitters certification;
Equipment or proofs of performance measurements of new exciters, stereo generators, RDS or subcarrier equipment;
Repairs of harmonic filters;
Tower obstruction system maintenance (painting, relamping, etc.) or periodic inspections;
And a number more which are required as part of a specific license or unique condition.
The bottom line is the FCC has given the discretion of the methods and interval to the licensee and in many ways relaxed the logging requirements from pre-1984 measuring and logging requirements. But they have not necessarily relaxed what a station must do to prove their compliance to the rules. A real Maintenance Log goes a long ways towards proving such and a history of compliance when called into question. No log...? Anything is really hearsay.
