 Depends on the height above ground.
 It's fairly well know that above 7 wavelengths above ground,
 three radials is sufficient. No amount of additional makes
 any difference.
 It's fairly well known that on the ground, a solid disk would be
 best.
 Somewhere between, is going to be somewhere between,
 but it's not linear.
