Actually, that's always been the de-facto case - the station log is the 
composite of the transmitter, program, and maintenance logs.  That's 
what my Elmer, John Krom, taught me back "when I was a itty-bitty baby" 
in radio...

Inspector wants to see "station log"?  "Fine; which part do you want 
first, maintenance, transmitter, or program?"
