OK...  Let's be really careful.  There is a statutorily required
Maintenance Log which is considered part of the Station Log. It covers a
variety of things, the least of which when system checks and calibrations
are performed. These might include periodic antenna monitor and monitor
point readings and repairs to the transmitter's RF section.  It is a log
not widely used or understood any longer.  But if an inspector was really
digging for dirt, that is an easy place to find a violation along with the
Schedule of Calibrations.

Then there is the non-compulsory maintenance log which covers everything
else.
