[BC] Scanners as IFB RX's

I picked up a nice Comtek TV5/6 IFB transmitter and am looking to mate it
with some beltpack receivers. Aside from the Comtek beltpacks, what
commerically available HT sized scanner might pass 8Khz audio and accept
up to 75Khz deviation? I know ICOM's R10 will work fine ( I already have
one). But are there any others without breaking the bank?

Either 9V or AA batteries is a must. Propriatary rechargable battery packs
are no-no's.
