[BC] Query Ref. Collins 310Z-1B exciter

FYI The last Model with the Collins name was manufacturer in October of 1980.  CEC still has parts.  To change frequency all you would need is a new crystal.  I agree with Mike Patton,  A recap would be a good idea all over.
