Or a Blue Icicle for a little more.  But I would like to have direct monitoring so I don't have to put up with the latency when it goes through the computer.  Thus, the TASCAM US-122 MkII, M-Audio Fast Track II, Lexicon Alpha or something similar.  Then I thought it might be nice to be able to mix in a CD player for music or effects, so now I'm looking at the Alesis MultiMix 4 USB mixer.
