[BC] FCC is starting the week with a big NAL

This problem is more prevelant than most folks know. The advocacy people
have gone amok with this stuff presenting their skewed content as news.
WLS is the example or "poster child" fine to get everyone's attention. 
Both the fine and the station.

The same thing needs to happen to those who legal ID at :50.

What I'm surprised at is how hush hush this has been.  No NOV or anything
in the public record that I can see.
