Your best best from Cinci from Chandler might be a flatbed truck or trailer and the line coiled laying down across the entire width.  While the common rule is you don't ship Heliax on it's side, a single 7ft. diameter loop would be nearly 25ft. You would not be seeing the multi-turn crush pressure.

Sono-tube is an option, but for the distance being shipped and if it can be self-picked up, sono-tube is not needed.  Just be careful handling and tying down the line.

The price seems about right.  Especially if the connectors are pre-attached.
