You know, compared to copyright holders, patent holders really get screwed.
Whereas a copyright holder or his heirs or assigns have about a century
or so, patent holders have to make it in 17 years.
It never seemed quite right, to me.........
Of course, in the case of pharmaceuticals, the public would like it to
be shorter.....
