[BC] maintaining old transmitters - mens room studio

It was a small building built for one station with two already there.  He bought a third station.  The small mens room would have been cramped as it was, and the ladies were not interested in sharing.  I also assured the GM that the legal ID would include a flush as the words " A Joe Jones station " were spoken.
 
We ultimately moved the on-site transmitter to its own attached building, which opened up that space for a new studio and solved a lot of other problems...and created some new ones.
