I was at a station KBJH years ago in Tulsa for due diligence on behalf of a
client who was purchasing the property.  I saw the same thing.  A Gates 20H3
with the harmonic filter protruding outdoors through the wall of the
building.  We eventually moved the station out of the terrible location it
was in.  After the purchase and a lot of time and money spent it became
KVOO-FM.
